 Jagdish Kharel began his career in journalism in the early 2000s, driven by a strong passion for truth, accountability, and public service. He joined Image Channel Television, one of Nepal’s leading media houses, where he worked for more than 16 years.

Over time, his dedication and talent led him to become the Executive Producer and later the Editor-in-Chief of Image Channel. Jagadish Kharel gained nationwide recognition as the host of the popular political talk show “Hot Seat”, where he fearlessly questioned political leaders, policymakers, and social figures on issues of national importance.
